Scrap Orchard is holding a Design contest right now and all the people who design are makeing mini kits for freebies. You can download the ones that you think are cute and there are quite a few!
Peppermint Creative is another store that offers a free kit every month (well, they say every month but I think it is more like every month and half).
Digital Scrapbook Pages is offering a cute kit right now from 5-19 of May...a few pieces everyday!
